About This Position
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and strategic networking to generate new leads and drive revenue growth across all Advanced Roofing business lines. The Business Development Executive collaborates closely with internal teams to qualify opportunities, develop value‑based solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience, while consistently maintaining accurate sales data and activity within the CRM system.

Key ResponsibilitiesSkills, Experience, and Knowledge Required
- Previous roofing/construction sales experience preferred
- Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills and the ability to appropriately represent the Company service capabilities to the targeted audienceExcellent interpersonal communication and oral presentation skills requiredMicrosoft Office proficiency Strong networking skills with ability to influence to close the deal and/or drive new business opportunitiesStrong work ethic and high level of self-motivationProficiency with CRM toolsExcellent analytical, oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environment Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clientsAbility to travel within assigned territory and to other meetings as requiredAbility to pass all pre-employment drug and background checksMust have valid and insurable driver’s license
