This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and scaling a global partner ecosystem that drives customer success and business growth. The Director of Partnerships will oversee consulting, system integrator, and technology alliances, ensuring that partners are enabled, certified, and aligned with enterprise objectives. This role combines high-level strategy with operational execution, managing a team of regional partner managers while collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Marketing teams. The successful candidate will develop repeatable, AI-enabled processes to identify, onboard, and scale partners, optimizing outcomes across multiple geographies. They will also establish frameworks for co-selling, certification, and quality assurance to maximize impact. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing big-picture vision with hands-on execution to unlock growth opportunities globally.

Accountabilities:

As Director of Partnerships, you will:

  • Build and scale a global ecosystem of consulting partners, system integrators, and technology alliances with strategic, technical, and service capabilities.
  • Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for the global partner organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop AI-centric, systematic processes for partner identification, enablement, certification, and success tracking to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Services teams to align the right partner for specific customer engagements and co-selling opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of regional partner managers to execute partner strategies consistently across geographies.
  • Maintain quality assurance oversight to ensure partner delivery success and optimize engagement models.
  • Develop and refine partner tiering structures, certification programs, co-selling initiatives, and enablement materials to scale globally.
Requirements:

Candidates should bring:

  • 5–10+ years of leadership experience in partnerships, professional services, or alliance management, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI-native platforms.
  • Experience managing a global partner ecosystem for companies with $100M+ ARR.
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value partnerships, including co-selling and alignment with internal teams.
  • Experience fostering and implementing strategic partnerships with consulting firms and system integrators.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and experience leveraging AI to design end-to-end partner processes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build and implement partner plans on an ongoing cadence to achieve business goals.
