Compensation & Earning Potential:

• Up to $25/hour (inclusive of $16/ hr base pay, profit share, and tips)
• Uncapped earning potential tied to performance
• Paid training and ongoing coaching
  

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Start each day at our Honolulu office and complete assigned routes around Oahu
• Deliver friendly, professional, on-time service to residential and commercial customers
• Build rapport and lead on-site pricing conversations
• Safely lift, load, and remove unwanted items (50+ lbs repeatedly)
• Transport items for recycling, donation, or responsible disposal
• Work closely with your truck team to create a great customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience is an asset, but not required — we train you
• Able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs
• Reliable, positive, and motivated by performance-based pay

This role is a great fit if you have experience in moving, landscaping, construction, warehouse work, driving, customer service, or general labor. But no experience is necessary - we will train you!

• Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
