Remote Work Details:
This is a remote position; however, you must reside in Oregon or Washington.
Occasional on-site work may be required at a designated Legacy Health location.
Initial training and onboarding may take place in person before transitioning to a remote schedule.

Apply understanding of municipal, state, and federal regulations to provide accurate HR guidance and support.
Serve as a key point of contact for Legacy Health employees, delivering responsive and knowledgeable support in a call center environment.
Collaborate with HR staff and other departments to resolve inquiries and support organizational initiatives.
Facilitate and participate in departmental, divisional, and system-wide projects and initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate HR leaders or specialists for further investigation and resolution.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- Relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
Experience:
- Two years of applicable HR generalist experience; three or more years of HR experience preferred.
- Advanced use of personal computers, MS Office, and HR applications required.
- Advanced knowledge and use of HR policies, standards, practices and regulations related to all HR functional areas, internal policies, practices governing payroll and wage and hour to ensure compliance with municipal, state and federal wage and hour law(s).
- Experience with LEAN processes and tools preferred.

- Advanced cognitive and analytical skills preferred.
- Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers over various communication platforms.
- Objectively communicate with employees through complex, difficult and emotional issues.
- Make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by utilizing judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation and/or employment law.
- Ability to collect, report, and participate in presenting data and information to diverse audiences to all levels of the organization is preferred.
