We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Full Time AM Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help set the tone for a successful day of service.
What You’ll Do:- Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes, prep lists, and food safety standards
- Set up and stock your station for morning and early service, ensuring readiness for the day
- Assist with daily prep production (sauces, proteins, produce, etc.) to support all shifts
- Label, date, and properly rotate all food items (FIFO standards)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout your shift
- Follow opening procedures and communicate any maintenance or product needs to management
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Uphold all company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented culture

- 1–2+ years of kitchen experience preferred (prep or line experience)
- Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a hot kitchen environment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
