Job Title: Wave Support/ URA Analyst

Department: Operations – Services

Reports To: RavenTek Program Manager

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

FLSA Status: Hourly, Nonexempt

Clearance: Public Trust

Position Summary

The Wave Support / URA Analyst supports the successful deployment and ongoing operations of the Electronic Health Record systems, programs, and clinical processes for EHRM-IO initiatives by providing user role alignment (URA), data management, and provisioning support across assigned sites. This role works closely with project leadership, site liaisons, and URACs to ensure accurate role mapping, timely provisioning, and adherence to project milestones throughout all deployment phases. The analyst is responsible for tracking and resolving role mapping issues, maintaining URA data integrity, supporting onboarding and training efforts, and documenting challenges and lessons learned during go-live and post-deployment activities. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to coordinate across stakeholders, support audits, and contribute to overall project success in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. The performance of this position is key to RavenTek's performance on the contract, and therefore RavenTek's mission to support the customer.

Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain site adherence to project milestones and deployment timelines.
  • Provide role mapping support, including maintaining follow-up trackers, transferring Supervisor Workbook data, and triaging role mapping issues.
  • Manage URA data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of URA lists in coordination with URACs.
  • Support Provisioning Requests by submitting requests, conducting quality reviews, and providing guidance and training to stakeholders.
  • Deliver Go-Live support, including onsite assistance, tracking and managing action items, and documenting lessons learned.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new Local URACs, including walkthroughs of onboarding checklists and coordination of required training.
  • Identify, track, and report challenges throughout all phases of deployment.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive records of lessons learned during deployment and post-deployment activities.
  • Provide timely responses to requests for user data auditing, and URAC inquiries related to URA support.
  • Provide Monthly Status Report (MSR) to RavenTek Program Manager by deadline provided.
  • Enter actual time worked, once complete, at the end of the day, or no later than 10:00 a.m. the following workday, and submit timesheets at the end of each pay period.
  • Monitor and respond to RavenTek email a minimum of 3 times per week.
  • Complete required compliance training as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • This position requires the ability to travel up to 70% of the year.

Knowledge and Critical Skills

  • Must possess knowledge of data sources related to monitoring, characterization, analysis and modeling.
  • Experience implementing Electronic Health Records.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Department of Veterans Affairs experience preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and under supervision.

Education & Work Experience

  • 4+ years of professional work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering or related scientific, technical, or clinical discipline is required.
  • An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
  • Experience performing scientific research, scientific writing and editing, including the writing and editing of project products to established government standards for the targeted science and lay audiences, as well as proofreading of draft and final documents.

  • Public Trust clearance

Work Environment

Employee will be working indoors in home office as well as shared office environments with other people. Potential moderate temperature fluctuations. Typical indoor and computer related noise level, and typical office, paper, and equipment related dust. Exposure to video display terminals occurs on a regular basis.

Physical Demands

To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, the employee needs to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; see to read printed materials and computer screens; mobility to work in a typical office setting. Ability to work on desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and may be required to provide recommendations, summaries and/or reports in written format. Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee must be able to lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically up to 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
