Used Car Technician at Performance Honda Fairfield – Fairfield, Ohio

Performance Honda Fairfield is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Used Car Service Technician to join our team. Candidates with a strong commitment to automotive service and a proven ability to excel in a dynamic, High-Volume, fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
• OR , 4-day Work Week with 10-hour Shifts
• One Saturday Every 4-5 Weeks (based on team size)
• Satudays - 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• One Hour Lunch Break
• Closed Sundays

Compensation:

• Flat Rate based on experience, offering competitive rates up to $42.00 per hour.
• Potential Quarterly Cash Bonus Earnings!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair Honda vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose issues and perform inspections.
• Perform iService inspections on all vehicles.
• Update service advisors on repairs and suggest needed services.
• Keep workspace clean and follow safety protocols.
• Stay current on automotive technology and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Honda or similar brands.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
