Provide administrative and clerical support for facilities operations activities and capital construction projects. This position performs routine, structured tasks such as document preparation, scheduling, recordkeeping, and data entry under the direction of the director of regional facilities and operations leadership.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks in support of capital construction projects at all facilities within the region.
- Provide administrative support for Facilities & Operations leadership and team members.
Track, route, and follow up on all customer service inquiries and problems to support resolution by regional director.
Provide clerical support for other departments as needed in the region and as directed by the regional director of facilities and operations.
Gather requested material for review and route capital construction project correspondence and information to executive director of facilities and support services as directed.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs (including Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Teams)
- Ability to work with guidance, follow instructions, prioritize workload, maintain records, and perform assigned tasks accurately while managing interruptions
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills (such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and routing them accordingly, and coordinating work activities with staff and internal customers)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational or technical training (2 years or more)
- Prior experience with capital construction projects
