Meadows Golf Club, a premier golf destination in Sarasota, Florida, is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our Golf Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who is passionate about the game, player development, and delivering an outstanding member and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily golf operations, including tee sheets, customer service, and tournament executionProvide high-quality golf instruction through private lessons, clinics, and player development programsSupport merchandising, inventory management, and pro shop presentationEnforce golf course policies, pace of play, and Rules of GolfDeliver exceptional service to members, guests, and tournament participantsAssist with junior golf programs, leagues, and special eventsOpen and close pro shop operations as scheduled

Preferred Qualifications

PGA Associate or PGA Member in good standing (preferred, not required)Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsTeaching experience and enthusiasm for player developmentAbility to work flexible hours including weekends and holidaysProfessional appearance and positive, team-first attitudeexperience with Golf Genius preferred
