Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Process Safety Scientist I is responsible for the testing of process materials to determine hazards associated with chemical processes. This entry-level role focuses on conducting guided experiements, operating laboratory equipment, and compiling data into Process Safety Data Reports to support Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and other departments. Work is closely supervised, with an emphasis on developing technical skills, laboratory best practices, and safety awareness.

Participates in production support including nights, weekends, and holidays.
This role may involve work in laboratory or manufacturing environments with potential exposure to chemicals or other regulated substances.
