Pay: $18.00 - $23.00/hour based on experience + shift differential ($1.00 2nd / $1.50 3rd)

What You’ll Do
- Assist with general production and material handling
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and shop machinery
- Support machine operators and production teams
- Perform cleaning, setup, and basic maintenance tasks
- Use measuring tools and follow specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Mechanical aptitude or prior manufacturing experience is a plus
