Your Role...
ReSource Pro is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the Communications team through template-based asset creation, digital asset management, and project coordination. This role focuses on maintaining brand consistency across social media, email, and internal channels while ensuring our digital libraries remain organized and accessible. The ideal candidate will approach their work with high attention to detail and a collaborative spirit to drive internal and external engagement.

In This Role, You Will…

• Produce branded social media graphics, email headers, and presentation slides using pre-approved templates
• Resize and reformat existing creative assets across standard digital and print channel dimensions
• Maintain version control on templated files and archive completed assets in appropriate DAM folders
• Upload, tag, and organize finalized assets in Bynder according to established naming conventions
• Audit existing asset libraries for outdated or improperly tagged files and flag them for review
• Track task status, deadlines, and deliverable owners across active team projects using management tools
• Draft copy for organic social posts using AI agents while following brand voice guidelines
• Compile and write content for internal announcements and recurring communication formats
• Proofread and format internal documents before distribution to ensure quality and consistency

What You Need to be Successful…

• Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Proficiency in Canva or similar template-based design platforms
• Strong organizational skills with an interest in digital asset management and taxonomy
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and current engagement trends
• Excellent written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail for proofreading
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to incorporate feedback into creative revisions

Your Compensation…
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $15.00-20.00 per hour. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.Your Interview Process…
