We are seeking a physician with at least 3 years of experience in Primary Care who has demonstrated success managing their own patient panel. Formal leadership experience is not required — what matters most is a strong clinical foundation, reliability, and a proven track record of delivering highquality, patientcentered care.

As Lead Physician, you’ll help set clinical standards, mentor APPs, and guide the continued growth of a practice deeply valued by the Williamstown community.
