The Room Attendant will provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests. Room attendant responsibilities include changing towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms for 16 hotel guest rooms. You will address clients’ queries and make sure our rooms are fully stocked, clean, and always inviting. This position is a great way to kickstart your career in hospitality.

• Change bed linen and make beds.
• Replace used towels.
• Vacuum carpets.
• Replenish bath care products (e.g., soap and shampoo).
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Address guests’ queries (e.g., on additional services).
• Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift.
• Follow hotel security guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Must be in full uniform every shift.
• Customer service attitude.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Full time position. Flexible schedule to include weekends

Hourly Rate: $23.91
