JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:
- Oversee creation, development, and maintenance of military program technical manualsPrint redaction
- Media translation requests
- Product manual compilation
- Media storage, documentation, and transmission
- Provide part information to military customers
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development and review of technical publications and manuals for Defense products
- Bill-of-material and technical data review for submission to government organizations and systems
- Provide daily support to Manager of Information & Technology Services
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Years of experience: 2-4 years
- Degree requirement: Associate’s degree in engineering technology or related field required.
- Open to Bachelors 0-2 years
- Master’s over qualified
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Strong knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
- Strong knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
- Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Office365, Adobe/Nitro, etc.

The pay range for this role is:
50,000 - 53,000 USD per year(Peoria, IL)
