Objectives
• Assemble custom products and systems by following blueprints provided by Engineering team
• Competent in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic assembly
• Perform installation, testing, and repair of all industrial-related mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic equipment used in Rheo projects
• Perform basic electrical system routing and wiring per wiring diagrams
• Read and interpret product/project documentation including but not limited to safety rules, operator’s manuals, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to ensure accuracy of final workpiece
• Provide design input for engineering from an assembly/operator perspective
• Perform and record routine maintenance on machine tools and equipment
• Review all the parts for an assembly and confirm accuracy to the general assembly drawing
• Provide occasional on-site support for clients during installs, warranty claims, and repairs
• Occasional application of several levels of surface finish using pneumatic polishing tools
• Occasional product cleaning post assembly and/or testing
• Required to perform all other tasks as assigned from time to time by the supervisor
Minimum Qualifications (from JD)
• Education
o High School Diploma or GED
• Software
o Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
o Familiarity with an Enterprise Resource Planning software (Epicor Kinetic preferred
• Experience
o Proven work experience assembling or maintaining custom mechanical projects/products from blueprints
o Proven experience safely working with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and simple machine tools

Preferred Qualifications
• Associates degree or certification as a Mechanic, Industrial Electrical Technician or related technical field
Working Conditions
• Must be able to engage in the following physical activities: bend/stoop, climb stairs/ladders, squat, kneel, push/pull, lift up to 50 lbs, and use vibratory and other basic tools.
• Expected to work the standard workday of 8 hours.
• Expected to work overtime upon supervisor request.
• Expected to travel upon request (5% of the year)
