Key Responsibilities

Draft motions, pleadings, and discoveryConduct legal research and prepare trial materialsAssist in deposition and trial prepLearn strategies for plaintiff-side PI litigation

Qualifications

JD, licensed and in good standing in Texas
• Texas Bar license required.
0–3 years of personal injury experienceExcellent legal writing and research skillsValid TX driver’s license; good driving recordBilingual (Spanish) a plus
