About EzyStrut

Your new role
As a Project Officer, you’ll be the connector, working with customers and across our engineering, manufacturing and warehouse teams to keep major project deliverables on track. You’ll support tender submissions, assist with product estimation, manage project documentation, and coordinate project deliverables.
Reporting to the Projects Manager, you’ll have real visibility across the full project lifecycle, from initial specification through to delivery on projects that supply Australia’s biggest infrastructure builds.
What you will be doing
- Liaising with clients, sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and documentation
- Supporting the preparation of major tender submissions and estimates
- Coordinating dispatch with warehouse teams for major project orders
- Administering quality inspections and preparing inspection test records
- Estimating product variants and made-to-order items
- Managing product initiation with the engineering department
- Maintaining document control for project deliverables as required by clients
What you will bring
You don’t need a design engineering background, but you do need to be comfortable reading engineering drawings and confident managing competing deadlines across multiple teams.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience in a project coordination, estimating, supply chain or site administration role (1–2 years)
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong communication skills, you’ll work with our customers and across engineering, manufacturing and warehouse teams daily
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- High attention to detail and a strong regard for quality and safety
- A tertiary qualification in engineering or a related technical field is desirable, but not essential
