We are looking for a hands-on, operational specialist to take ownership of workplace injury claims management, incident investigations, and return-to-work programs.

This role is key to reducing claim costs, ensuring compliance, and strengthening incident management practices across the organization.

• Manage workplace injury claims from start to finish
• Develop claim strategies, ensure follow-ups, and maintain proper documentation
• Coordinate with CNESST / WSIB, insurers, and external stakeholders
• Support dispute, appeal, and cost-control strategies

• Lead or support incident investigations (serious and high-risk events)
• Ensure accurate documentation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Track incidents and identify trends to prevent recurrence

• Coordinate safe and timely return-to-work plans
• Align medical restrictions with operational realities
• Collaborate with managers and HR to ensure sustainable reintegration

• Monitor claims, incidents, and RTW metrics
• Identify trends, risks, and cost drivers
• Support reporting for leadership and compliance

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing workplace injury claims (CNESST, WSIB, or equivalent)
• Strong experience in:
  • Claims management and cost control
  • Incident investigations
  • Return-to-work coordination
• Solid understanding of workplace injury legislation and processes
• Ability to interpret medical and functional limitations
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Bilingual (French / English) – Mandatory (operations across Canada and the U.S.)

• Experience in construction, industrial, or field environments
• Experience with claims disputes or appeals (CNESST / WSIB)
• Certification in disability management or incident investigation
