Maintenance Technician - Weekends in Louisville, Kentucky at Strong Hold

What We’re Looking For:

Our ideal candidate is an experienced maintenance professional seeking to further enhance their skills and knowledge through continued learning and development opportunities. You enjoy being part of a team and are often described as dependable, knowledgeable, and a problem solver. We are looking for someone that is goal oriented, has experience with Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and/or General Facilities maintenance. You must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment around loud machinery and have a flexible schedule, as this role requires you to be on a call rotation schedule.

***Weekend Shift hours are Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00am to 6:00pm. Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours! New Maintenance Technicians will train on 1st shift for their first 60 days.

Responsibilities:

• -Utilize hand tools, powered hand tools, and welding equipment.
• -Work in various ambient environments, sometimes at elevated positions.
• -Promote a safe working environment and adhere to 5S principles.
• -Participate in Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS).
• -Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and technical support personnel.

• -3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• -Strong background in electrical, electronic, and CNC maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• -Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• -Experience with assembly machine components (Sensors, PLC, etc.).
• -Proficient in high and low voltage electrical concepts.
• -Knowledge of plant maintenance is a plus
• -Able to diagnose and repair equipment/machines.
• -Self-motivated, team player with excellent communication skills.
• -Attention to detail is crucial.
