Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 6-Hour Shifts
Starting Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour depending on experience and certifications

Sea Crest is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Office Assistant to support front office operations and Human Resources functions in a structured and professional office environment.THIS POSITION REQUIRES FULL FLUENCY IN SPANISH, INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION. This is a mandatory requirement for consideration.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, consistency, administrative support, and maintaining a welcoming office atmosphere.

Responsibilities Include:
• Answering and directing phone calls professionally
• Greeting employees, applicants, vendors, and visitors
• Scheduling interviews and appointments
• Assisting with onboarding and applicant support
• Organizing files, records, office supplies, and uniforms
• Supporting HR administrative functions
• Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
• Assisting with data entry and document organization

Hiring Process:
Selected candidates may be required to complete:
• Hogan Assessment
• SOP/Written Exercise
• Excel Skills Test
• Three rounds of interviews
• Professional reference verification
• DMV clearance verification

Applicants should expect to attend in-person interviews beginning Thursday, May 14, 2026.

Final employment offer is contingent upon successful completion of background check and DMV clearance.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred

• Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish, including professional verbal and written communication

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Extraordinary attention to detail and accuracy

• Professional demeanor and dependable attendance

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems

• Valid California Driver License with acceptable DMV record required
