Hirschbach is seeking Trailer Technicians at our Memphis, TN shop! At Hirschbach you will complete preventative maintenance and minor repairs on one of the newest and fully featured fleets. Come join our talented team of Mechanics!

- Competitive pay: Up to $32.76/hr, based on experience
- Paid weekly for your convenience
- 4x10 work week
- Sunday – Wednesday 7:00am-5:30pm
- 3 weeks (120 hours) of PTO on day one
- $1,200 annual tool allowance
- $200 annual boot allowance
- $1,200 annual CDL A or B stipend

- Perform standard inspections of mechanical and electrical components; identify root causes of common failures and complete necessary repairs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using diagnostic tools and industry best practices
- Repair or replace components of standard air brake and suspension systems
- Install and remove trailer decals as needed
- Deliver outstanding customer service through clear, professional communication with drivers and driver support staff
- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and repair techniques through continuous education and training
- Help fellow technicians as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-2 years in fleet maintenance preferred
- Familiarity with Transport Refrigeration Units (TRUs) is preferred
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Basic computer literacy, especially in relation to diagnostic software and tools
- Valid Driver’s License required; CDL A or B preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in English communication skills (speaking, reading and writing) required.
