This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment where you will connect skilled IT professionals with meaningful contract opportunities across global client accounts. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting offer delivery. Working closely with clients and internal account teams, you will help define hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines for current and future demand. The role requires agility, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. You will leverage modern recruitment tools and AI-driven platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement. This is a dynamic, people-focused role where your work directly influences hiring success and long-term client relationships.
- Manage full life cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and delivering offers for IT contract roles across multiple client accounts.
- Conduct intake sessions with clients to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and align on selection criteria.
- Source and attract top IT talent through job boards, social media platforms, internal databases, and proactive outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs in high-demand technical domains.
- Publish job postings across career sites and recruitment channels to maximize visibility and candidate engagement.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing guidance, feedback, and role-specific insights to improve success rates.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and internal recruiting teams to prioritize requisitions and ensure timely submissions of qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidates and consultants using ATS and VMS platforms while ensuring consistent data quality and workflow compliance.
- Proven experience in agency IT recruitment, ideally with exposure to high-volume contract staffing environments.
- Strong understanding of IT skill sets, especially W2 contract hiring requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn), and VMS systems (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with reliable connectivity and a structured work environment.
