Location: High Point, NC
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 5 pm Friday 7:30 am to 3:30pm

Mickey Truck Bodies is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Control Administrative Analyst to support our fast-paced Quality Control Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting operational teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Our products support industries including food & beverage, propane, emergency rescue, battery, rental trucks, oil & gas, and data storage.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Quality Control Team including filing, printing, scanning, phone support, email communication, and document preparation
- Create and maintain reports, charts, dashboards, and data tracking tools using Excel
- Analyze and manipulate data using formulas, pivot tables, and visualization tools
- Prepare inspection packets and documentation for the quality inspection process
- Coordinate with vendors regarding dealership attention items and quality-related issues
- Support the team in meeting production deadlines and quality goals
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
- Assist with purchase order coordination and documentation
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Perform additional administrative and reporting duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, and data visualization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Project management experience preferred
- Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, crawl, and kneel
- Frequent walking throughout the manufacturing facility
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Ability to communicate clearly in person and by telephone
- Comfortable working around manufacturing operations and equipment
- Specific vision ability required includes close, distance, color, and peripheral vision with depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to work around machinery of all types
- Comfortable working in a noisy manufacturing environment

Work Environment
Office environment with routine use of computers, phones, copiers, and office equipment. Occasional exposure to a manufacturing environment including elevated noise levels, fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and varying weather conditions.
