Job Overview:
The Senior Software Developer supports development, enhancement, testing, deployment, and sustainment activities for mission-critical .NET and Azure-based applications supporting INSCOM operations. The position is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications utilizing Microsoft Azure, C#, .NET, Azure SQL DB, and CI/CD technologies in secure Government cloud environments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET/C# applications hosted within Azure cloud environments.
- Support software enhancements, bug fixes, and modernization initiatives for ICSA applications.
- Develop and maintain Azure-based services and APIs.
- Support Azure SQL DB integration and database connectivity.
- Participate in Agile software development lifecycle activities.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and system diagrams.
- Collaborate with Government stakeholders and technical teams to refine requirements and implement solutions.
- Ensure applications comply with cybersecurity and RMF requirements.
- Support deployment, maintenance, and sustainment of production systems.

Minimum Requirements/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience with C# and .NET 4.0+ Azure services.
- Azure Developer Associate AZ-204 certification required.
- Experience with Azure SQL DB and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Experience writing multithreaded applications.
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems (Azure Edition).
- Experience with object-oriented analysis, design, and programming.
- Experience using Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting Army or DoD enterprise systems.
- Experience within classified or secure cloud environments.
- Experience with RMF, STIGs, and secure software development practices.
Security Requirement:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required. Must be eligible for applicable SCI accesses and CI Polygraph if required.
