About the Role:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that drive consumer engagement and business growth across multiple channels. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer insights to inform product positioning and marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences. The Brand Manager will lead product launches and brand activation campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, trade marketing, and product development is essential to maximize brand awareness and market penetration. Ultimately, the Brand Manager will serve as the brand custodian, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong brand presence in the competitive marketplace.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in brand management or consumer marketing roles.
- Proven experience with product launches and brand activation campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer insights and market data.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in trade marketing and channel marketing within the consumer goods industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing promotions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies based on consumer insights and market research to enhance brand equity and drive sales.
- Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful market introduction.
- Lead brand activation and consumer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement across various channels.
- Collaborate with trade marketing and channel marketing teams to optimize promotional activities and improve product visibility at retail.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to inform ongoing brand strategy adjustments.
Skills:
The Brand Manager will utilize consumer insights daily to tailor marketing strategies that effectively position products in the marketplace. Skills in product launch management and brand activation are critical for coordinating campaigns that generate excitement and drive consumer adoption. Expertise in consumer and channel marketing enables the manager to optimize promotional efforts and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
