- Lead the development and coordination of strategic initiatives and operational planning processes aligned with broader business objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish short- and long-term business goals, strategic roadmaps, and performance frameworks.
- Drive the execution and governance of annual strategic planning cycles, including prioritization, target-setting, and operational alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders across product, finance, risk, technology, and marketing to ensure organizational alignment and effective strategy execution.
- Develop and maintain business processes, governance routines, KPI tracking mechanisms, and operational cadences to improve performance visibility and accountability.
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives by integrating change management strategies, project oversight, and operational execution plans.
- Conduct strategic analysis of business trends, operational effectiveness, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, strategic narratives, and reporting materials for senior leadership and board-level audiences.
- Mentor and guide team members in research, analysis, and strategic planning activities while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all business activities comply with applicable risk management and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business strategy, operational planning, management consulting, or related strategic advisory roles.
- Strong background in strategic planning, organizational transformation, and operational execution within financial services or a related industry.
- Proven experience managing executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, business performance management, and governance structures.
- Ability to synthesize complex business data into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps, OKRs, KPI dashboards, and operational planning frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguous business challenges.
- MBA or management consulting background is highly valued.
- Experience supporting consumer banking, fintech, digital banking, or multi-product financial organizations is preferred.
- Military service experience or connection to military families is considered a plus.

- Competitive salary range between $114,080 and $218,030, based on experience and location.
