Accountabilities:

  • Lead customer research and discovery to understand the needs of property managers and accounting professionals.
  • Translate regulatory requirements and user insights into clear product specifications, user stories, and actionable requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, legal, and accounting stakeholders to deliver compliant and user-friendly solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance standards, and customer value.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and design through development, testing, launch, and iteration.
  • Define key success metrics and leverage data to optimize product performance and usability.
  • Lead the development of reporting and analytics capabilities, ensuring audit readiness and financial transparency.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on accounting or financial software systems.
  • Strong experience delivering complex, cross-functional products from concept to launch in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Solid understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and regulatory/compliance requirements, preferably in the US context.
  • Proven ability to translate customer insights and business requirements into scalable product solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Experience working closely with legal or subject matter experts to ensure compliance in product design.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management abilities across technical and non-technical teams.
  • High level of product ownership and ability to operate in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with market standards in your country.
  • 100% remote work flexibility within your region.
  • Equity participation through stock options in a high-growth, profitable company.
  • Strong emphasis on values-driven leadership and transparent decision-making.
  • Professional growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling global organization.
  • Country-specific benefits such as health insurance and pension contributions where applicable.
  • Generous annual paid leave aligned with local regulations.
  • Inclusive, international team culture with colleagues across 40+ countries.
