- Research, design, and coordinate personalized travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and activities.
- Assist clients throughout the full booking process, ensuring responsive, clear, and professional customer service.
- Stay informed about destination trends, travel requirements, supplier promotions, and industry updates.
- Communicate with travel suppliers to secure competitive pricing, availability, and exclusive travel offers.
- Manage client records, bookings, and inquiries using digital platforms and booking systems.
- Support outreach and promotional efforts to attract and retain new and existing clients.
- Ensure smooth travel planning experiences by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain strong organization and attention to detail when handling multiple client requests.
- Strong interest in travel planning, destinations, and creating memorable travel experiences.
