Overview
Intelligent Waves is seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of program startup and ongoing execution in support of mission-critical government initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a central point of coordination across stakeholders, ensuring seamless site operations, proactive communication, risk mitigation, schedule management, and delivery execution.
Location: Nellis AFB, Nevada
Travel: 10%. Travel is expected (for contingency and surge operations) Travel will be reimbursed based on GSA Per Diem rates and DoD Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).
Clearance Requirement: DoW Secret w/ TS/SCI Eligibility

Responsibilities
- Support all phases of program startup and ongoing execution, including the identification, tracking, management, and resolution of site-related issues.
- Manage overall site schedules to ensure tasks are assigned, executed, and completed on time and within budget.
- Proactively communicate program updates, status, and key information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate site risks while ensuring deliverables and solutions meet established quality standards.
- Collect, analyze, and report site metrics to measure program progress, performance, and deliverable quality.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; an additional 3 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
- Ability to communicate professionally with executive-level staff, senior military leaders, and civilian government officials.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make timely, informed decisions.
- Demonstrated integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of urgency and mission focus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and rapidly adapt to and support new customers and operational environments.
