  • Document workflows, system changes, and technical designs while recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and usability
  • Partner with vendors to support third-party application integration, implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance
  • Manage small to mid-size projects, including planning, execution, resource coordination, and delivery tracking
  • Develop testing plans, scripts, and validation activities to ensure system integrity and performance
  • Participate in on-call support, command center activities, and cross-team collaboration as needed
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in application support or healthcare IT environments, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are comfortable working independently while engaging with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.

  • 2+ years of experience in application support, healthcare IT, or related technical environments
  • Experience working with enterprise or clinical systems (EHR, scheduling, billing, imaging, or similar platforms) is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of system configuration, testing, implementation, and application lifecycle management

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to document processes and explain technical concepts clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under minimal supervision, and deliver within deadlines
