Hiring Range: $73,391.72- $83,876.25 per year
Schedule: Full-Time | Mon - Fri, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

We are seeking passionate, collaborative, and solution-oriented professionals to join our IT team as an Application Support Specialist.
In this role as Application Support Specialist, you’ll work closely with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to support and optimize critical healthcare applications including electronic health records (EHR), practice management systems, reporting tools, and integrated healthcare technologies. What You’ll Do:
- Support and optimize healthcare applications, EHR systems, and integrated technologies
- Troubleshoot system issues, analyze workflows, and identify process improvements
- Assist with application implementation, upgrades, customization, testing, and reporting
- Train and support staff on application workflows and best practices
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure smooth system performance
- Document issues, solutions, and processes accurately and efficiently
- For advanced-level roles, lead projects, coordinate deployments, support vendors, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
What You Bring:
Application Support Specialist I- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, IT, Health Informatics, or related field AND one (1) year of experience supporting electronic health record systems OR
- Six (6) years' equivalent combination of education and experience supporting electronic health record systems, two (2) of which must be as an Epic or NextGen analyst
- FQHC experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, IT, Health Informatics, or related field AND four (4) year of experience supporting electronic health record systems OR
- Eight (8) years' equivalent combination of education and experience supporting electronic health record systems, three (3) of which must be as an Epic or NextGen analyst
- Epic certifications preferred
- FQHC experience preferred
