From our Brew Bar, where customers can explore and taste our iconic and signature blends on the go, to the creative Blend Bar, where curiosity meets craft, you’ll help bring the world of T2 to life.

About the Role
- Be part of a next-generation T2 store, featuring our exciting Brew Bar and Blend Bar serving tea on the go
- Bring your hospitality flair to life by crafting memorable tea experiences for every customer
- Create an immersive retail journey, engage the senses by showcasing T2’s unique teas and tea ware
- Deliver exceptional, world-class customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Support store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising to brand standards
- Maintain a safe environment by following health and safety policies and procedures
About You
- Passionate about customer experience, with a hospitality or service mindset
- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment (café, retail, or service experience highly valued)
- A proactive, self-motivated learner who loves trying new things
- A natural communicator with strong people skills
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous
