About the Role

• Be part of a next-generation T2 store, featuring our exciting Brew Bar and Blend Bar serving tea on the go
• Bring your hospitality flair to life by crafting memorable tea experiences for every customer
• Create an immersive retail journey, engage the senses by showcasing T2’s unique teas and tea ware
• Deliver exceptional, world-class customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Support store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising to brand standards
• Maintain a safe environment by following health and safety policies and procedures

About You

• Passionate about customer experience, with a hospitality or service mindset
• Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment (café, retail, or service experience highly valued)
• A proactive, self-motivated learner who loves trying new things
• A natural communicator with strong people skills
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous
