Overview:
The Technical Marketing Engineer – AI will support the development, validation, and promotion of AI hardware and software solutions across the organization. This role works closely with Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Business Development, and external AI technology partners to support AI products, customer applications, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI innovation, hands-on with both software and hardware technologies, and eager to stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support AI module software stacks, including operating systems, drivers, SDKs, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks
- Support multi-module AI servers and rack-level systems
- Perform benchmarking, testing, and validation for AI modules and server platforms
- Help develop and integrate AI solutions for manufacturing applications within the company and for customer use
- Provide AI software application support to Sales and Business Development teams
- Collaborate with AI semiconductor companies to integrate new LLMs and VLMs into software libraries and platforms
- Support conferences, trade shows, demonstrations, and customer-facing technical activities
- Attend AI hackathons, industry events, and emerging technology forums to stay current on industry trends and innovations
- Share technical knowledge and industry insights with internal teams and customers as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related Engineering field required
- 1–2 years of relevant experience with AI software and hardware technologies (multiple internships may be considered equivalent to 1 year of experience)
- Hands-on experience developing or contributing to original AI-related projects
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred/required
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
