Groundskeeper in St Charles, Missouri at Pride Rock Capital Management LLC

Our AMAZING apartment community in St.Charles, MO, is in need of a Groundskeeper/Porter, to join our Maintenance Team. The Groundskeeper is responsible for assigned grounds, common areas and some maintenance duties under the direct supervision of the Property Manager. This is a part-time position offering competitive pay!

MAJOR GOALS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform assigned grounds and maintenance tasks in an organized and timely manner
Police the grounds on a daily basis clean and maintain common areas
Pressure washing, exterior painting and maintenance of community common areas
Perform assigned landscaping duties
Participate in an ongoing improvement plan
Perform all duties in a manner that will result in the highest quality customer satisfaction
