Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Neumann Company Contractors is seeking an Industrial Painter/Blaster Foreman to join the team. This is a working foreman position requiring both hands-on industrial painting and sandblasting work and direct supervision of field employees. The Foreman is responsible for planning and leading daily operations on job sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all project specifications, union agreements, and regulatory requirements.
This is a field-based position requiring extensive travel to project sites primarily in Illinois but can also be throughout the United States. Employees in this role must be union painters or willing to join the applicable union upon hire in accordance with project labor agreements.
