The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and grow our online presence. This role involves creating and managing content, developing social media strategies, and interacting with our audience to enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Conduct social media audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Agent or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling and visually appealing content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
