About This Position
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to support our Retirement Plan Services team. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional client experience by supporting retirement plan operations, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a trusted point of contact for clients and plan participants.
You will work closely with internal teams, advisors, and external partners to ensure retirement plans are effectively managed and clients receive proactive, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day service model for assigned retirement plan clients
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of retirement plans, including coordination with recordkeepers and TPAs
- Communicate directly with clients to provide support, education, and issue resolution
- Prepare materials and assist with client committee meetings and participant education sessions
- Support participant enrollment, rollovers, and distributions
- Maintain accurate client records, fiduciary files, and CRM data
- Coordinate follow-ups and ensure completion of action items from client meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service standards and workflows
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, or related field preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in a client service, account management, or similar role within the financial services or investment industry
- Experience supporting retirement plans, wealth management, or financial services strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ability to learn new systems
- Experience with financial or CRM platforms (e.g., eMoney, A360, Monday.com) is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
