Job Overview
Company: Triple M Heating & Cooling.
Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000 - $125,000 per year (Salary + Commission) plus Signing, Performance, and Year-End Bonuses.
Location: Donnelly, Idaho (Onsite).
Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends, and Overtime.
Project Scope: Residential and Commercial Service Operations.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

How You Will Make an Impact
Direct daily operations of the service department by scheduling and providing technical support to technicians to meet fluctuating service demands.
Recruit and train a high-performing team of HVAC technicians, ensuring they meet the companys rigorous standards for quality and safety.
Review technician performance through formal appraisals and on-site work inspections to improve overall department productivity and craftsmanship.
Develop a robust internal training program that keeps the team current on the latest OEM service techniques and safety procedures.
Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to optimize scheduling efficiency, labor hour reporting, and timely part procurement.
Grow the departments profitability by generating sales leads, promoting maintenance agreements, and estimating bids for contract projects.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 6 years of experience in HVAC service or management.
Proven technical aptitude with in-depth knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Strong leadership background with a track record of mentoring technicians and improving team standards.
Proficiency in reading schematics, control circuits, and navigating local building codes.
Valid drivers license with a professional commitment to safety and workmanship.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Exceptional sales and conflict management skills with a focus on customer retention.
Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and service management software.
Experience managing large-scale commissioning projects and overseeing subcontractor teams.
