About This Position

About the Role

Revelation Pharma's marketing organization runs across multiple brands, audiences, and channels, and we’re looking for a great content specialist to bring it all to life. The Content Specialist sits within Shared Services and serves as the central content engine that powers consistent, on-brand, compliant writing and storytelling across the network.

This role owns the creation and management of written and multimedia content across verticals: patient education, provider communications, event materials, social media, email campaigns, and more. You'll translate complex clinical and pharmaceutical topics into clear, human, engaging content and you'll do it at scale, across multiple brands simultaneously.

If you love writing, thrive in organized chaos, and want your work to matter across every touchpoint of a growing healthcare network, this is your seat.

What You'll Lead & Own

1. Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Write and edit content across formats: blog, landing pages, event collateral, sales enablement materials, provider education, and patient communications.
  • Translate clinical and pharmaceutical concepts into clear, accessible language for both provider and patient audiences.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content, adapting tone appropriately for channel and audience.

2. Cross-Functional Content Execution

  • Serve as the production partner to vertical leads, bringing their campaign ideas to life through well-crafted written and designed assets.
  • Patient Marketing: produce patient education pieces, one-pagers, and campaign support materials.
  • Provider Marketing: work with the clinical team to produce provider education content and supporting materials for Pharmacademy.
  • Events: create a branded set of event collateral that can span across pre-show, during-show, and post-show touchpoints.
  • M&A Team: produce content assets that support the M&A team with new acquisitions as well as brand transitions and go-to-market activation for newly acquired pharmacies.

3. Content Calendar & Production Management

  • Maintain a centralized content calendar in partnership with Marketing Ops.
  • Manage and prioritize an active production queue across verticals, ensuring timely delivery against campaign timelines.
  • Communicate proactively on deadlines, capacity, and delivery status to keep work moving without bottlenecks.

4. Price Lists & Pharmacy Templates

  • Own the creation, maintenance, and updating of all pharmacy prescription templates and price lists across the network.
  • Build and manage a library of branded templates (menus, one-pagers, sell sheets, pharmacy-level materials) that local teams can deploy with consistency.
  • Ensure all price lists and templates stay current, on-brand, and operationally accurate as the network grows.

5. Brand & Compliance Standards

  • Ensure all content adheres to brand voice guidelines, visual standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Clinical and Regulatory teams to review and approve sensitive or clinical content.
  • Maintain a centralized content library, including templates, approved messaging, and evergreen assets, for use across the network.
  • Create lightweight design assets using Canva to support campaign execution and branded materials.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years in content writing, content production, or copywriting B2B health care experience is a must.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills across formats and audiences.
  • Ability to simplify complex clinical or technical topics without losing accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar lightweight design tools.
  • Highly organized, with experience managing a high-volume production queue across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working from a creative brief —you execute with excellence on ideas that come to you, and you make them better in the process.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when managing templated or data-heavy materials like price lists.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy compounding a plus.
