Position Summary
As the BCBA Clinical Director in our North Brunswick clinic, you will be the driving force behind both client progress and staff development. You will balance a focused caseload with the operational leadership of the center, ensuring that every treatment plan is data-driven and every family feels supported. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the culture of the clinic while mentoring the next generation of clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight & Strategy
Conduct comprehensive assessments for initial treatment and re-authorizations.
Manage clinical outcomes with a focus on high-quality, "gold-standard" care.
Write and update treatment plans, ensuring all documentation is submitted with precision for clinical and insurance review.
Lead parent meetings to ensure families are active partners in their child's progress.
Leadership & Center Management
Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring consistent session attendance and clinical integrity.
Oversee daily clinic operations to maintain a productive, positive, and ethical work environment.
Provide supervision for student analyst interns as they work toward their own board certification.
Conduct necessary peer reviews to secure authorizations and advocate for client needs.
Qualifications
Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
Licensure: Valid New Jersey State License (LBA) is required.
Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a "Lead" or "Senior" role is preferred, as this role transitions into Center Directorship.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital data collection platforms and clinical documentation.
Physical Requirements: Ability to be physically active, sit on the floor, and lift up to 40 pounds to engage fully with clients during play-based assessments.
