Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our PAK team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, & committed to delivering high-quality, family-centered pediatric care in an environment that values teamwork, innovation, & work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to infants, children, & adolescents

• Build long-term relationships with families & the care team

• Participate in clinical growth initiatives & community outreach

• Collaborate with medical & operational leadership to enhance patient experience & outcomes

• Maintain accurate & timely medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• ABP Board Certified

• Unrestricted license (or ability to obtain) in Pennsylvania

• Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
