We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Personal Injury Intake Closer to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in shaping their experience with our firm. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in personal injury, proven sales skills, and the ability to engage clients with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for potential clients, handling inbound calls, emails, and referrals with urgency and care
• Conduct detailed intake interviews to assess case viability, ensuring all relevant facts and documents are gathered
• Clearly explain the firm’s services and set expectations for the client experience
• Utilize persuasive communication and sales techniques to convert leads into signed clients
• Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified cases
• Maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management systems (Abacus Law, Filevine)

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in personal injury intake or case management (required)
• Proven track record in sales or client conversion, ideally within a legal or service-oriented environment
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clients empathetically and persuasively
• Familiarity with Abacus Law and Filevine software is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 + Commission
