About This Position
Aspire Behavioral Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and related developmental needs. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA, support skill acquisition across communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive domains, and collect accurate data to monitor client progress. Services may be provided in the clinic, home, or community setting depending on client needs.
The RBT works closely with supervising BCBAs and Clinical Supervisors to ensure treatment integrity, participates in team meetings, and partners with families to promote skill generalization across environments. Consistent, timely session documentation and adherence to ethical and professional standards are essential components of this role.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Candidates must hold a current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or be willing and eligible to obtain certification. A high school diploma or equivalent is required (Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred). Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is strongly preferred. Applicants must be able to pass background checks, maintain CPR/BLS certification, and complete required training. Reliable transportation may be required depending on service location.
This position requires energy and physical engagement, including frequent standing, bending, sitting on the floor, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) while working with children.
