About This Position
CPLC programs provides a safe, secure for families to heal from the traumatizing effects of abuse. Shelter and community-based services meet survivors where they are to help them discover their strengths and regain their freedom.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing assistance to individual and/or group services to youth between 18-24 years (alongside with staff) in achieving more effective personal, employment, educational and/or vocational outcomes in a competitive labor market. The Office Assistant Will perform routine and non-routine activities that will assist the Director and staff in maintaining organization, order, compliance, and cleanliness in classroom and on construction job site. These activities will require physical and mental work, all of which will be at the direction of the Director or staff on site. The Director will discuss planned activities for the day (planned activities are subject to change).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
- High School Diploma or equivalent. in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or current enrollment graduation from YouthBuild or CPLC approved program
- Previous experience in construction, customer service in construction, a construction trade, or other related experience.
