Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 (DOE)

We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Operations Manager to lead daily operations for a growing, high-performing commercial roofing office.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations including project management, field supervision, warehouse, and fleet
• Supervise and mentor superintendents, subcontractors, and field crews
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Partner with sales, estimating, and project teams to align execution with company goals
• Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and cost control initiatives
• Oversee scheduling, materials, equipment, and job tracking using company systems
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management to develop team capabilities
• Serve as a subject matter expert on roofing systems, safety standards, and best practices

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial roofing experience with proven leadership in project management or operations
• Strong technical expertise in commercial roofing systems, with experience leading teams and managing projects
• Must have held a dedicated Project Manager or Operations leadership role
• Hands-on leader with a strong field presence
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and operational best practices
• Experience managing budgets, workforce planning, and training programs
