Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly

The Driver plays a key role in supporting daily operations by safely transporting goods, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely and efficient pickups and deliveries. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.

1. Safely operate company-owned or leased vehicles for pickups, deliveries, and transfers

2. Provide professional and courteous customer service during all interactions

3. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel usage

4. Load and unload freight, ensuring items are properly secured and handled

5. Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections; report maintenance or safety issues promptly

6. Comply with all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies

7. Complete delivery documentation accurately and in a timely manner

8. Communicate delays, incidents, or service issues to management as needed

9. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles and equipment

10. Support warehouse and station operations as needed

Education & Experience

1. High school diploma or GED required

2. Minimum 1 year of driving, delivery, or related experience preferred

3. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

4. Familiarity with the greater Philadelphia area

Technical & Professional Skills

1. Ability to safely operate trucks and delivery vehicles

2. Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and timeliness

3. Ability to read maps, GPS systems, and delivery schedules

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule

1. Part-time schedule, typically 4-6 hours shifts

2. Schedule may vary based on operational needs

3. Consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliability are required

Work Environment

1. Combination of warehouse, office, vehicle, and outdoor work

2. Exposure to varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)

3. Moderate noise levels in warehouse settings

Physical Demands

1. Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear

2. Frequently required to bend, kneel, crouch, or lift

3. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Mathematical & Language Skills

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Starting pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
