About This Position
Position Summary
The Operations Manager (Multi-Site) is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations across multiple clinic locations within an assigned region. This role provides direct oversight and guidance to Office Leads, ensuring consistency in operations, efficient workflows, and a high-quality patient and team experience.
This position plays a key role in executing company initiatives, improving operational performance, and supporting clinic teams in achieving organizational goals.
Structure
Oversees: Office Leads (3)
Each Lead supports: 4–5 clinic locations
Total locations supported: ~13
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Support
Provide day-to-day support, direction, and coaching to Office Leads
Conduct regular check-ins to review priorities, performance, and challenges
Support hiring, onboarding, and development of clinic-level team members
Reinforce accountability and follow-through at the Lead and clinic level
Operational Execution
Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and workflows
Support scheduling efficiency, staffing coverage, and patient flow across locations
Assist with rollout and execution of new initiatives, systems, and process improvements
Identify operational gaps and partner with leadership to resolve them
Performance & Accountability
Monitor key operational metrics (staffing, patient volume, workflow efficiency)
Hold Leads accountable to operational standards and expectations
Support performance management, including coaching and corrective action as needed
Communication & Collaboration
Serve as a key link between clinic teams and leadership
Ensure clear, timely communication across all locations
Partner with HR, Operations, and Growth teams to support business objectives
Patient & Team Experience
Promote a positive, team-focused culture aligned with company values
Support a consistent, high-quality patient experience across all locations
Address and help resolve team or patient concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
3+ years of operations, healthcare, or multi-site management experience preferred
Experience leading or supporting team leaders strongly preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
Effective communication and leadership skills
Healthcare or medical office experience preferred
Work Environment / Expectations
Regular travel between clinic locations required
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs
Hands-on support in clinics as needed
Strong Closing Line (I recommend keeping this)
