The MissionAs an Operations Manager, you aren't just overseeing a territory; you are the steward of our culture in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Your goal is to ensure the operational success and strategic growth of your region by empowering your team and providing world-class service to our clients.
Your Primary Impact- Empower & Recruit: Source and lead a team of cleaning professionals and contractors. You aren't just "hiring"; you’re building a team of Dream Builders.
- Stewardship of Quality: Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. We don’t settle for "good enough"—we strive for excellence that honors our clients.
- Strategic Growth: Develop operational strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs while never compromising on service quality.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary heartbeat of our client relationships, proactively solving problems and seeking ways to grow together.
- Resource Management: Oversee inventory and equipment, ensuring your team has the tools they need to succeed safely and effectively.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside our sales and executive teams to shape the strategic direction of the company.
Preferred Extras:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Highly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations Management.
- OSHA certification or a deep understanding of safety standards.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in operations management.
- Leadership Heart: Proven experience leading large, diverse teams with a focus on mentorship and servant leadership.
- Business Acumen: Strong financial literacy with experience managing P&L and budgeting.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you can navigate a boardroom and a supply closet with equal grace.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite and modern business management software.
- Mobility: This role requires approximately 30% travel within the DFW metroplex to engage with your team and clients on-site.
