Sr. Product Strategy Specialist (Remote)

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare or PBM, focusing on product strategy.
  • Proficient in leading product development from inception to delivery.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of pharmacy economics.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Self-directed with effective planning and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across diverse teams.
  • Experience in project management methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with varied stakeholders.
  • Capability to integrate competitive intelligence into product strategy.
  • Knowledge of PBM technology systems is beneficial.
  • Client-facing experience is preferred.
  • BA/BS required; Masters degree preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
